Information concerning the relationship of the characteristics of the product with the place of its origin (production):

1. Source material (raw materials): Bakanas rice grows on fertile soils washed by the waters of the Bakanas channel. This place is characterized by a high content of minerals and organic substances, which contributes to the special qualities of the grain. The varieties used, such as "Bakanas 1" and "Bakanas 2", were selected for their resistance to local climatic conditions.

Storage conditions:

Temperature:

Bakanas rice is stored in dry and cool rooms at a temperature of 15-20 °C. Under such conditions, the aging process of grain slows down, mold formation and pest reproduction are prevented. High temperatures (above 25 °C) contribute to the deterioration of the quality of the product, reducing its nutritional properties and changing the taste.

Humidity: The humidity in the storage room does not exceed 60%. Too high humidity can lead to condensation inside the package, which creates a favorable environment for the development of mold and microorganisms. Hygrometers are used to control the humidity level, and if necessary, dehumidifiers.

Packaging:

Bakanas rice is usually stored in airtight containers made of high-quality materials such as plastic or metal, as well as in bags made of natural fibers (for example, jute or cotton). Natural packages allow rice to "breathe", preventing the accumulation of moisture and preserving its taste. It is important that the packaging is clean and dry to avoid contamination of the product.

Storage location:

The perfect place to store rice is a dark and ventilated room, protected from direct sunlight. Long-term exposure to sunlight can cause discoloration and deterioration of grain quality.

Transportation:

Packaging for transportation:

During transportation, Bakanas rice is placed in durable and moisture-resistant packages. Special plastic containers or multilayer paper bags are used to protect rice from mechanical damage, dirt and moisture. The packaging must be sealed to avoid contact with the external environment.

Transport conditions:

Transportation is carried out in closed vehicles or containers protected from direct sunlight and sudden temperature changes. This is important to maintain a stable temperature and humidity, which, in turn, helps to preserve the freshness and nutritional properties of rice. They also make sure that there is no overload to prevent mechanical damage to the packaging and the rice itself.

Terms of transportation:

The optimal transportation time for Bakanas rice does not exceed 3-5 days, especially when it comes to long distances. Fast transportation helps to preserve the freshness and quality of the product, reducing the risk of mold and deterioration of taste qualities. If transportation takes longer, special cooling or dehumidification methods are used.

Documentation and quality control:

If necessary, control measurements of temperature and humidity in packages are carried out. There is also all the necessary documentation confirming the quality and safety of the product, which is especially important for international transportation.

Compliance with these recommendations for the storage and transportation of Bakanas rice allows you to preserve its unique characteristics and high quality, which makes it in demand on the market both locally and internationally.
