Indication of the place of production of the goods (boundaries of the geographical object): Kostanay region, Arkalyk (former Torgai region) Description of the quality, reputation and (or) other characteristics of the product, which are largely determined by its geographical origin: The main component is the meat of slaughtered cattle, which is grown on natural feed in the Arkalyk, Amangelda, Zhangeldinsky districts of Kostanay region, formerly belonging to the former Torgai region. The area is distinguished by its fertile soil and rich pastures, very favorable for fattening livestock. The territory is dominated by steppe semi-desert vegetation, which has the maximum energy value and vitamins, which affects the taste of meat. "Torgai Et" LLP was put into operation in 2018. The production capacity of MOC is designed for the production of 350 tons of canned food. The workshops are automated, European equipment is installed. The main component of canned food is meat of slaughtered cattle, cattle, horse meat of the highest and first grade purchased from local agricultural producers. Slaughter, processing, canning and production of meat products is carried out in accordance with international standards MS 1500-2019, which is confirmed by the HALAL certificate. According to the Research Protocol, the appearance, shape, taste and smell comply with the requirements of GOST-33741-2015. The production of products has a special tradition of processing raw materials, pouring them to give a homogeneous appearance and a better taste. According to the taste qualities, the contents of the canned food correspond to the taste of classic stew with notes of black pepper, allspice and bay leaf. In a heated state, meat in pieces of arbitrary shape weighing at least 30 g., without coarse connective tissue, in broth. Storage and transportation conditions: The storage and transportation conditions of the goods in no way have a significant impact on the formation and preservation of the characteristics of the goods.
