Description of the method of production of the product, as well as information on the conditions of its storage and transportation: The production of Narynkol potatoes begins with the selection of varietal seeds that have been treated for diseases. The seeds are planted in late April — early May, when the soil temperature reaches 8-10 °C. Prior to planting, the land is prepared by digging, adding organic fertilizers (e.g. humus) and leveling. Tubers are planted to a depth of 10-15 cm with an interval of 30-40 cm between plants. Plant care includes regular watering (especially during the flowering period), weeding and loosening of the soil. Farmers follow up on potato health by using natural pest control measures such as plant infusions. The harvest is carried out in September, when the tubers reach 80-100 g. For this purpose, specialized machines are used that carefully dig up potatoes, minimizing damage. Storage conditions After harvesting, the potatoes are sorted and cleaned from the ground. Optimal storage conditions: temperature 4-6 °C and humidity 85-90%. Dark, well-ventilated rooms or special cold rooms are used for storage. Tubers are placed in boxes or nets to ensure air circulation. Stocks are regularly checked for damaged tubers, which are removed to avoid rotting. Transportation conditions Potatoes are transported in containers with ventilation. The temperature during transportation should remain within 4-6 °C. Vehicles with insulated sides are used to maintain a stable microclimate. When loading and unloading, potatoes are carefully placed in vehicles, avoiding mechanical damage. The optimal delivery time should not exceed 24 hours, which allows you to preserve the freshness and quality of the products.
