Natural honey

Indication of the place of production of the goods (boundaries of the geographical object):

East Kazakhstan region, Katon-Karagai district, Aksuat rural district

A description of the quality, reputation and/or other characteristics of a product that are largely determined by its geographical origin:

Katon-Karagai natural honey has a high evaluation of honey quality, because it is collected at the apiary, located in an ecologically clean zone of East Kazakhstan region, Katon-Karagai district, Aksuat rural district. The apiary is far away from industries, highways, and settlements, mixed forests rich in honey-bearing plants are spread around the apiary, and a brook with clean key water flows around the apiary.

Honey made from mountain herbs is rightly considered the purest. It contains nectar from quite rare flowers, giving the product a special healing power. The consequence of this mix is different color, aroma and taste. Being natural, it treats colds well

Meadow grass honey is no less useful, as the bees extract it from wild meadow flowers. This type of honey is characterized by a subtle and pleasant aroma. The color of meadow honey is from light to dark yellow. It has anti-inflammatory, resolving and analgesic properties. General tonic effect enriched with vitamins and a variety of trace elements of the substance literally saturates the body with energy

Katon-Karagai natural honey is considered elite. Mountain and meadow plants bloom brighter, and their aroma is stronger. All this gives Katon honey a unique richness and variety of flavor. Katon-Karagai honey has a very fine consistency and a delightful delicate flavor

Honey is used to normalize the cardiovascular system and at the same time as a tonic, prophylactic agent in the treatment of sore throat, runny nose and has bright antibacterial properties

Qualified beekeepers with professional education in the field of beekeeping produce natural purest honey rich in useful components, without the ingress of chemical elements, non-ferrous metals, antibiotics.

Work with bee families in the spring period (April-May) consists of the following steps:

spring revision of 2,050 bee families;

formation of strong bee families;

Uljetaru with bee families are loaded onto hive transportation platforms with 50 hives each, 15 bee pavilions with 40 bee pavilions each and transported by truck to the location. Upon arrival at the site, the hives are unloaded from the platforms and placed on wooden planks for further honey collection;

inspection of 2,050 bee families in the Uljetar and preparation of honeycomb for honey cell extraction;

selection of honeycomb from the nests of bee families;

honey pumping (June-August).

The first sign of honey maturity and the onset of honey pumping is the sealing of cells with wax lids. Industrial technology provides for keeping bee families in vertical hives with a large stock of honeycombs. In this case, the hive with sealed honey during the honey-gathering period is only replaced by an empty hive (with honeycombs and beeswax), the stock of hives is 30% of the number of bee families and is 750 pieces. Honeycombs for honey pumping are prepared with two "bee frame unpackers", four "honeycomb unpacking tables" for cutting the bail. Then the honeycomb is placed in the "automatic rotary stainless honeywagon with automatic control panel", two "honeywagon 6-frame rotary stainless KC M2 with automatic control panel", with large honey use "honeywagon 4-frame stainless rotary" (5 pieces) and begin the process of pumping honey, pouring honey into prepared containers. The honey is sent to the finished product warehouse, which is stored on wooden decks. Return of the honeycomb to the hive after pumping. Preparation of bee families for wintering.

Transportation of honey is carried out on its own transport to the warehouse of finished products. Storage of honey is carried out in a dark, dry place, without extraneous odors at a temperature from -10 to +20. Storage containers: glass or plastic, with airtight lid.
