Indication of the place of production of the goods (boundaries of the geographical object): Kyzylorda region, Zhanakorgan district, Keyden village Description of the quality, reputation and (or) other characteristics of the product, which are largely determined by its geographical origin: Non-alcoholic corn drink "Zhanakorgan" is approved by the Kazakh Academy of Nutrition, its main raw materials are white corn grains and white dairy products. 260 hectares of white corn are planted on agricultural lands of the Kyzylorda region, and 850-900 hectares of grain corn products from farms of the Zhanakorgan district are processed. Corn ripens in 90-100 days. The main value of the corn variety is that it is resistant to drought, diseases and pests. Corn drink is used for diseases of the stomach, bile and liver. Corn preparation process: The corn is washed and ground. They are delivered to the workshop, boiled in boilers at 380 degrees and stewed for 12 hours, then fermented. Water is added to corn, kefir with a fat content of no more than 1%, mixed and poured into a special container. This is the process of turning corn into a drink. The drink is rich in vitamins A, B, C, E, contains such useful trace elements as copper, potassium, magnesium, sugar and others. The corn drink uses high–quality products, natural cow's milk – from farms in the Kyzylorda region, salt – high-quality salt is delivered from the Aral Sea region to the Araltuz facility, water - local water comes from a drinking well located in the village of Besarik. The properties of drinking water affect the soil, due to the specified climatic conditions, as a result of the content of water filtered by nature and enriched with natural elements. The main component characterizing the product is natural cow's milk, which is the main component of a natural non-alcoholic corn drink obtained from local farms located in the Kyzylorda region, the composition of milk differs from other pastures located in other regions of Kazakhstan. The special climatic conditions and the fertility of the herbs of the Zhanakorgan region are the special properties of milk. The climate is characterized by a clear continentality, dryness and a large amount of heat affecting the grass, which is fodder for livestock.
