National Institute of Intellectual Property
Based on the decision of the Republican State Enterprise on the right of economic management ‘National Institute of Intellectual Property’ of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter - the Service Provider) on the registration of the trademark and upon payment for the services of the Service Provider for the registration of the trademark, information on the trademark shall be entered into the State Register of Trademarks with assignment of a serial number (hereinafter - registration number) and indication of the date of entering the information (hereinafter - date of registration).
Payment shall be made by non-cash method through the payment gateway of the bank of the second level integrated with the information system of the service provider newcab.kazpatent.kz by bank details specified in Annex 3 to the Rules.
To receive the state service an individual and (or) legal entity (hereinafter - the service recipient) sends through the portal:
1) an application with attachment of documents specified in paragraph 8 of the list of basic requirements for the provision of the state service ‘Registration of the trade mark’, in the form of an electronic document signed by EDS.
2) electronic copy of the power of attorney (if the application for the provision of the state service is submitted through a representative).
Information about the document confirming the payment, the service provider receives from the relevant state information system through the gateway of ‘e-government’.
Term of rendering the state service: within 10 (ten) working days.

Issuance of a duplicate of a trademark certificate
When issuing a duplicate of a trademark certificate:
1) petition of an individual and (or) legal entity;
2) an electronic copy of the power of attorney (if the application for the provision of the state service is submitted through a representative).
Information on the document confirming the payment is obtained by the service provider from the relevant state information system through the ‘e-government’ gateway.
