Errors of a technical nature that do not change the affiliation, nature or content of the information entered in the Register can be corrected within one working day from the date of receipt of the applicant's application.
In this case, amendments to the Register in connection with the correction of technical errors are carried out within one working day following the day the expert organization receives an application for amending the information in the Register or a court decision that has entered into legal force.
The cancellation of information from the Register is made upon an application for cancellation of information from the Register in the form in accordance with Appendix 4 to the Rules, as well as on the basis of a court decision that has entered into legal force to cancel the certificate.
The cancellation of information from the Register on the basis of a court decision that has entered into legal force is carried out within one working day following the day the court decision is received by the expert organization.
