Today, on February 29, 2024, Qazpatent Director Yerbol Ospanov met with patent attorneys at the Department of Justice of Almaty.
The main focus of the meeting was on the issues of cooperation and improvement of legislation in the field of intellectual property. During the dialogue between the Director of Qazpatent and patent attorneys discussed topical issues of interaction with the expert organization in the field of registration of intellectual property objects, including the acceleration of the procedure of examination of trademarks.
Yerbol Ospanov expressed confidence in the significance of this meeting and emphasized the importance of active cooperation between Qazpatent and patent attorneys to support the innovative potential of the country.
The meeting also presented ideas and proposals to improve patent registration processes and improve the regulatory framework governing intellectual property in Kazakhstan.
The parties noted the effectiveness of the discussions aimed at strengthening the partnership and cooperation between Qazpatent and patent attorneys.
