National Institute of Intellectual Property
On 8 September 2023, the National Institute of Intellectual Property held a seminar on the formation of anti-corruption culture. The event was attended by the deputy of the Majilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, representative of the faction of the party "AMANAT", Doctor of Law, Professor Marat Sovetuly Bashimov and the officer on especially important cases of the preventive service of the Preventive Service of the RR Anti-Corruption Agency Zhazira Zhaksylykovna Zhylkyshieva.
This seminar discussed important issues related to the fight against corruption in the Republic of Kazakhstan. The state has actively assumed the role of a fighter against corruption and together with public and political forces is conducting an extensive anti-corruption campaign aimed at eliminating corruption and its negative consequences. This activity takes into account internal regulations, including anti-corruption standards, the work of the 1424 call-centre of the Anti-Corruption Agency, information on the enacted regulations on combating corruption, the annual anti-corruption plan, as well as the code of ethics and other documents. This was emphasised by Indira Baitasova, an employee of the State Enterprise "National Institute of Intellectual Property" and the Commissioner for Ethics.
During the seminar, a deputy of the Majilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, a representative of the faction of the party "AMANAT", Marat Bashimov emphasised that at the next session deputies will discuss a number of issues and bills.
