On May 25 Qazpatent hosted a training session for the experts of the Departments of Justice on the topic "Intellectual Property Law: novelties of legislation, challenges and solutions.
In today's information and technological society, protection and enforcement of intellectual property is becoming increasingly important and significant. We live in an era when business, technology and innovation are developing at lightning speed. Therefore, effective protection and enforcement of intellectual property is becoming a priority for our government.
The event was organized to improve the skills of specialists in the field of intellectual property.
During the training the participants got acquainted with each intellectual property object, thoroughly acquainted with the new changes in legislation and discussed the important work that is carried out by the judicial authorities in the framework of raising awareness.
In her welcoming remarks Deputy Minister of Justice Botagoz Zhakselekova emphasized the importance of updating and refreshing knowledge of specialists in the field of intellectual property to ensure effective protection of intellectual property objects.
Deputy Director Aydyn Artykova made a welcoming speech and told the participants about the activities of Qazpatent.
Speakers at the training were experts of the Department of Intellectual Property Rights of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as experts from Qazpatent.
Also as part of the training there was a working meeting of the experts of Justice Departments with experts of Qazpatent.
During the meeting participants had the opportunity to ask more specific questions to the experts regarding their activities.
As a result of the training, the participants were given certificates.
