When submitting applications for the registration of agreements on the disposal of exclusive rights to industrial property objects, service recipients often make the following mistakes:
- a copy of the decision of the governing bodies of the owner of the title of protection or exclusive rights, the general meeting of founders or shareholders is not provided;
- the fields of the application are not completed or filled in incorrectly;
- the names and / or addresses of the parties indicated in the application and the contract do not correspond to each other or to the information of the relevant state registers;
- the body that performs the registration, the transfer of the exclusive right, the granting of the right to use the industrial property object is incorrectly indicated.
