The license agreement, complex business license agreement, pledge agreement may be terminated by mutual agreement of the parties or at the conclusion of the transaction in accordance with the clauses spelled out in the agreement. The fact of registration is recorded after sending an additional agreement or a statement with a request for termination. The documents must be signed by the parties to the agreement by both parties. In the documents, the parties fix the date of termination of contractual obligations. An application for termination of the agreement shall be submitted in any form.
