Training Event on Handling Appeals in the “E-otinish” System Held at RSE “NIIP”

On February 6, 2026, a training event was held to improve the handling of appeals from individuals and legal entities in the “E-otinish” system. The event was attended by Adilkhan Shyngys Esengeldiuly, Prosecutor of the Division for Analysis and Control of Appeals of the Department of the Committee on Legal Statistics and Special Records of the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the city of Astana, as well as Ergen Dildabekovich Kulgarayev, Chief Manager of the Non-Profit Joint-Stock Company “State Corporation ‘Government for Citizens’”.

The handling of appeals from individuals and legal entities is under the constant supervision of the management of the Republican State Enterprise on the right of economic management ‘National Institute of Intellectual Property’ of the Committee on Intellectual Property Rights of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
