On January 30, 2026, Kazpatent organized a training webinar for members of the Republican Board of Legal Consultants on the topic «Legal Protection of Trademarks. Certain Aspects of Intellectual Property».
During the event, Kazpatent experts addressed issues related to copyright in the Republic of Kazakhstan and abroad, as well as discussed practical aspects of exercising rights to industrial property objects and the provision of public services in the field of protection of industrial property objects and means of individualization.
The webinar was aimed at enhancing the level of legal culture and professional competence of lawyers in the field of intellectual property.
Kazpatent will continue to implement a series of training events aimed at developing the professional community and increasing awareness of mechanisms for the legal protection of intellectual property objects.
