On January 29, 2026, Kazpatent organized a training webinar for members of the Republican Collegium of Legal Consultants on the topic «Legal Protection of Trademarks».
During the event, Kazpatent experts covered issues related to the preliminary examination of trademarks, the specifics of their legal protection, as well as the procedure for registering trademarks abroad.
The webinar was aimed at enhancing the legal awareness and professional competence of lawyers in the field of intellectual property.
Kazpatent will continue to implement a series of training events focused on the development of the professional community and raising awareness of mechanisms for the legal protection of intellectual property objects.
