On November 13, 2025, at a meeting of the competition commission, the results of the Republican Contest of Achievements in the field of invention "Shapagat-2025" (hereinafter referred to as the Competition) were summed up. The meeting was chaired by Maksat Kizatovich Zhabagin, Chairman of the Council of Young Scientists of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Ph.D., with the participation of representatives of the Committee on Intellectual Property Rights of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan, QazBioPharm Holding, NAO International Center for Green Technologies and Investment Projects, NCE RK Atameken; scientific research institutes and universities of the country.
A total of 142 applications were submitted for the Competition, of which 102 were accepted for consideration by the commission. 10 applications were submitted for the award of the title "Honored Inventor of the Republic of Kazakhstan" and 14 applications were received for participation in the Competition in the nominations "Invention of the Year", "Female inventor" - 9 applications, "Young Inventor" - 14 applications, "Best Innovative Company" - 6 applications, "Most active inventor" - 14 applications and "Young talent" - 75 applications.
The Commission decided to award the title of "Honored Inventor of the Republic of Kazakhstan" to Kim Arkady Ignatievich (Almaty city), an inventor in the field of the fishing industry. The inventor has developed more than 120 technical solutions, of which 52 are registered inventions.
The winners of the Shapagat-2025 Contest have been determined in the following categories:
"Invention of the year" - invention "Method of processing mown grain mass in a harvesting machine and a device for its implementation", patent holder: Sadykov Zharylkasyn Sarsembekovich, patent No. 36876 (Almaty city);
"Female inventor" - Baskanbayeva Dinara Dzhumabaevna (Almaty city), the author of inventions in the field of hydropower and the inventions noted by the commission were: "Hybrid solar-hydrogen electrolyzer and "Hydroelectric power system for electricity generation;
"The best innovative company" is the Limited Liability Partnership "SpaceLab" (Astana city), which operates in the field of information technology;
The "most active inventor" is Baynatov Zhumabai Baynatovich (Almaty), the author of 38 inventions in the field of structural mechanics.;
The "young inventor" is Krykbayev Yerkin Aliibekovich (Almaty region), the author of 7 inventions in the field of immunology;
"Young Talent" is Arina Kudyakova, a student of the 7th grade, the author of the IT project "Zholaushi -An intelligent system for monitoring the driver's condition" (Zhezkent village, Borodulikhinsky district, Abai region).
The members of the competition committee unanimously decided to award five diplomas "For achievements in the development of innovative technologies in Kazakhstan" to the participants of the "Young Talent" nomination in order to stimulate the younger generation.:
1) Seitenov Adlet, Ubishova Anel, Jumasheva Laysan, Tazhmukan Dana, Umargali Aser, Mereke Amina, 11th grade students, Nazarbayev Intellectual Schools, PipeEye project – autonomous device for remote inspection of water pipes, Uralsk. Area: water supply;
2) Said Kairov, Murat Daraev, 11th grade students, Nazarbayev Intellectual Schools, project "OpenSport - A digital platform for identifying and supporting football talents from regions with limited access to sports infrastructure", Almaty. Field of science: IT (artificial intelligence);
3) Temirgaliev Alan, Shegebaev Sanjar, Gilym Sauran, 9th grade students, Nazarbayev Intellectual Schools, AquaGuard project – an intelligent robot for cleaning water from garbage, Uralsk city. Field of science: ecology;
4) Amina Ismagulova, 11th grade student, Nazarbayev Intellectual Schools, project: "Enzymatic reduction of gluten in wheat flour using enzymes from shubat in vacuum pulse technology", Almaty. Field of science: food industry;
5) Serik Iliyas Janibekuly, Talgat Yernar Zhenisuly, Hamidolla Nurakhmet, 9th grade students, Nazarbayev Intellectual Schools, project: "Jaqyn: An intelligent navigation system to support children with ASD", Astana city. Field of science: medicine.
The award ceremony will take place on December 05, 2025. The venue and time of the event will be announced later.
