As part of the seminar, participants will learn about modern mechanisms for the protection and enforcement of trademark and geographical indication rights, explore the specifics of national legislations in the region’s countries, and gain insight into the practices of cooperation between competent authorities and judicial bodies in resolving disputes in this field.
