National Institute of Intellectual Property
On July 11, 2025, a meeting on the digitalization of justice authorities was held at the Qazpatent office as part of the implementation of the instructions of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The meeting was chaired by Prime Minister Olzhas Bektenov.
The event was attended by Minister of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan Yerlan Sarsembayev, Vice Ministers of Justice, as well as heads of structural divisions and subordinate organizations of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Minister of Justice Yerlan Sarsembayev reported on the ongoing digital transformation of the Ministry and the introduction of new electronic services for citizens and businesses.
As part of the meeting, the Director of Qazpatent, Sabit Akhmetov, delivered a presentation on the development of information systems in the field of intellectual property. He outlined key areas of digital transformation, including the modernization of online services and the improvement of access to public services.
In his closing remarks, Prime Minister Olzhas Bektenov emphasized the importance of implementing advanced digital solutions, including artificial intelligence technologies, to enhance the efficiency of justice authorities and improve the quality of services provided to citizens.
