For 20 years, the "Shapagat" competition has been a key event showcasing the achievements of Kazakhstani inventors, scientists, and innovators. This competition unites the efforts of those who make significant contributions to the development of science, technology, and the economy of our country.

The "Shapagat-2024" ceremony will recognize outstanding inventions and innovative solutions that strengthen Kazakhstan's sovereignty and enhance its international image as a country with high scientific and technological standards. Key highlights of the anniversary competition include:

• Conferment of the title "Honored Inventor of the Republic of Kazakhstan" — the highest award for outstanding Kazakhstani inventors.
• Recognition of winners in 7 categories, including "Woman Inventor," "Most Active Inventor," "Best Innovative Company," "Young Inventor," and "Young Talent."
• Awarding of the V.I. Blinnikov Gold Medal for contributions to inventive and patent activities.
• The "Shapagat" Photo Exhibition, reflecting the history of awarding the winners of the Republican Competition of Kazakhstani Inventors over 20 years.

The "Shapagat-2024" awards ceremony will bring together leading representatives of science, business, government, and international organizations. Honored international guests will include:

• Representatives from the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO).
• The Eurasian Patent Organization (EAPO).
• The China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA).
