QAZPATENT held a webinar for judges of civil, economic and administrative courts

On October 17, 2024, Qazpatent held a webinar for judges of civil, economic and administrative courts on the topic "Legal protection of intellectual property objects".

The webinar covered issues of legal protection and protection of rights to inventions and utility models, the application of international treaties and agreements in the field of intellectual property regulation in the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as the specifics of determining the similarity of trademarks.

In the future, it is planned to hold such training events for other interested stakeholders in the field of intellectual property.
