QAZPATENT EMPLOYEES PARTICIPATE IN "ASTANA HALF MARATHON" 2024

On June 16, one of the largest running events for sports enthusiasts, the Astana Half Marathon, took place in the capital. This year, 6000 athletes from over 20 countries participated.
Employees of Qazpatent also took part:
Azamat Zhakupov, Head of Contracts Registration Department for Industrial Property Rights Disposal – 21.1 km;
Akezhan Amangeldin, Head of International Trademark Examination Department – 10 km;
Sholpan Dyusenbina, Head of Patent Documentation Preparation and Publication Department – 10 km;
Ainagul Taitibaeva, Senior Expert in Copyright Department – 10 km;
Botagoz Omarova, Chief Expert in Patent Examination for Physics and Mechanical Engineering Department – 10 km;
Arailym Yeltaeva, Expert in Formal Examination of Inventions and Plant Breeding Achievements Department – 10 km;
Zhanel Meirbekova, Chief Specialist in the Call Center – 10 km.
Qazpatent employees were awarded medals and certificates of appreciation by the organizers.
Additionally, Qazpatent employees, Damir Temirgaliyev, Chief Expert in Patent Examination for Chemistry, Biology, and Medicine Department, and Botagoz Omarova, Chief Expert in Patent Examination for Physics and Mechanical Engineering Department, participated in the solidarity run "Kásipodaq Win 2024" dedicated to World Day for Safety and Health at Work, held on May 5 in the Botanical Garden of Astana.
On June 1, the Charity Samruk Marathon 2024 took place in the Triathlon Park of Astana. Participating were Akezhan Amangeldin, Head of International Trademark Examination Department, and Damir Temirgaliyev, Chief Expert in Patent Examination for Chemistry, Biology, and Medicine Department, alongside approximately 1200 runners. Following the completion of the marathon, employees of Qazpatent achieved prize-winning positions. "I would like to thank the management of Qazpatent for the opportunity and support to participate in marathons and improve our athletic performance. Marathons not only promote a healthy lifestyle but also allow us to feel part of a larger community, inspire ourselves, and others to achieve new sporting goals. My colleagues demonstrated excellent sportsmanship," noted by marathon participant Damir Temirgaliyev.
