On 14 May in "Qazpatent" held a meeting on "Internet fraud". The dialogue platform was attended by Ospanbaev Bagdaulet, Tashpekov Yerzhan - senior operatives of the Criminal Police Department of the Astana Police Department, police captains.
The speaker spoke on the current topic, familiarised with the types of Internet fraud, warned of possible fraud schemes.
"Recently, cases of deception of citizens using messengers "WhatsApp", "Telegram" have become more frequent. In this regard, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan calls on citizens to be vigilant and not to follow dubious links. When receiving such letters, we recommend not to open them and immediately contact the sender" - said Bagdaulet Ospanbaev.
