II International Scientific Forum for schoolchildren

On 11-13 April 2024, the II International Scientific Forum for schoolchildren - winners of international competitions (hereinafter - the Forum) will be held in Astana. The event is timed to coincide with the celebration of the International Intellectual Property Day, the Day of Science Workers of Kazakhstan and the 125th anniversary of Academician Kanysh Satpayev.
The purpose of the Forum is to popularise science, encourage children's scientific creativity, build scientific capacity and broader involvement of Kazakhstani schoolchildren in the international scientific community.
The Forum will be attended by science popularisers from China, Pakistan, Tunisia and Indonesia, as well as schoolchildren and teachers from Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan. The Forum will be held in a hybrid format. Within the framework of the Forum, with the support of the BRISEC International Scientific and Educational Consortium, training seminars for schoolchildren and teachers will be organised on 12 and 13 April. It is also planned to visit scientific laboratories of Nazarbayev University.
The first day of the forum will be held at the Presidential Centre of the Republic of Kazakhstan at the address: Alikhan Bokeykhan Street, 1a
The second and third days of the Forum will be held at the Qazpatent site (57A, Mangilik Yel Street), where invited scientists from the People's Republic of China will hold training seminars for schoolchildren and teachers.
