On February 27, 2024, Qazpatent held a webinar for judges of district and equivalent courts considering civil cases on the topic "Legal protection of intellectual property objects".
Within the framework of the webinar, issues of copyright, patenting of inventions and utility models, legal protection of industrial designs, as well as judicial practice on industrial designs were discussed.
In the future, it is planned to hold such training events for other interested stakeholders in the field of intellectual property.
