On February 14, Qazpatent held a seminar jointly with the “Gorodissky and Partners” law firm in the field of intellectual property and Science Fund JSC on the topic "Intellectual Property: some aspects of intellectual property protection for successful business development".
During the seminar, issues of legal protection of exclusive rights in the Eurasian region, as well as the specifics of patenting inventions abroad and design protection within the Eurasian system were discussed. Within the framework of the seminar, Deputy Director Aidyn Artykova made an introductory speech on behalf of Qazpatent, patent attorneys, partners of the “Gorodissky and Partners” law firm and legal adviser of Science Fund JSC made thematic presentations.
