On February 7, 2024, Qazpatent held a seminar for the judges of specialized inter-district administrative courts, district and equivalent courts on the topic "Some issues of trademark protection".
During the seminar, issues of law enforcement practice on assessing the similarity to the degree of confusion of trademarks and the grounds for refusal to register trademarks in accordance with the Paris Convention for the Protection of Industrial Property and the TRIPS Agreement were discussed.
