The business game "Case Study" was held for the employees of "Qazpatent" to the International Anti-Corruption Day.
"CaseStudy is a method of problem-situation analysis based on problem solving. In anti-corruption education, the case-study method implies an interactive form of conducting classes, during which situations related to various conditions, causes and forms of corrupt behavior are considered and contribute to understanding in which cases one may encounter corruption and how to counteract it" - said Indira Baitasova Compliance Officer and Ethics Commissioner.
Participating employees described the causes and consequences of a case and suggested how the crime could have been avoided by preventing it.
In the course of such discussions, a civil position based on rejection of corruption, responsibility and conscientious attitude to professional activities is formed.
