RESULTS OF THE REPUBLICAN COMPETITION FOR THE BEST ESSAY AMONG SCHOOLCHILDREN "THE ROLE OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY IN THE ERA OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE DEVELOPMENT"

The results of the annual republican competition among schoolchildren for the best essay, which started on 16 October 2023, have been summed up.
The aim of the contest is to stimulate creative activity among schoolchildren, popularise and disseminate knowledge in the field of intellectual property, instill the basics of patent culture in the younger generation.
The contest was attended by schoolchildren in the age category of 8-11 grades. The contest received over 150 essays in Kazakh, Russian and English languages. The commission selected the best essays.
The winners of the competition are determined on the basis of the following criteria for the quality of the entries
- compliance with the theme of the competition;
- originality of presentation of the material
- originality of the author's position;
- depth of disclosure of the chosen topic.
Decision of the Competition Commission:
1 place -

2nd place -
Pupil of 10 "B" class of Ulttyq Business&Engineering School-lyceum Alira Adik;
Pupil of 9 "B" class of "SKILLSET SCHOOLS" school Aisha Zhanibek;
3rd place -
Pupil of 10 "B" class of Nazarbayev Intellectual School of Taraz city Aruna Yerkinbekova;
Pupil of 11 "Zh" class of school-lyceum named after A. Baitursynov, Dilnaz Zheksenova;
Pupil of 8 "B" class of school-lyceum №79 of Astana city Samira Nurmaganbetova.
The competition committee conducted a thorough evaluation and selection of the best essays, analysing each work, taking into account the originality of ideas, the structure of the essay, grammatical correctness and strength of argumentation.
The winners will be rewarded with diplomas and memorable prizes in a solemn ceremony.
The date of the event will be announced additionally.
We congratulate the winners and thank all participants for their efforts and creativity!
