National Institute of Intellectual Property
From November 2 to 3 this year in Astana, a workshop dedicated to the judicial review of the registrability of a trademark was held. The event was organized by the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan and Qazpatent. The workshop was held in a hybrid format.
Both international and Kazakhstani experts in the field of intellectual property took part in the workshop. The participants and speakers exchanged knowledge and experience, discussed law enforcement practice, methodology in Kazakhstan and abroad, as well as other topical issues within the scope of the workshop topic.
