Today, representatives of Qazpatent took part in the action "Justice Advises", organized jointly with the Department of Justice of Astana city. The event was held on the basis of the Public Service Center of Saryarkinsky district of Astana.
The purpose of the event is to provide citizens and legal entities with legal assistance on issues related to the competence of the judicial authorities and explanations within the framework of current legislation.
The action was attended by qualified specialists in the field of services of justice bodies, representatives of the regional chamber of private bailiffs of the executive district of Astana, representatives of the NAO "State Corporation "Government for Citizens", legal consultants, as well as lawyers and notaries of Astana.
Head of the Copyright Department Raushan Avvalova, Chief Expert of the Department of Examination of Trademarks, Geographical Indications and Appellations of Origin of Goods Raushan Gabdullina, expert of the Department of Preparation of Patent Documentation and Publication Zhazira Abdrakhmanova, IPR Center specialist Aziza Fayzullayeva, Chief expert of the Department of Formal Examination of Inventions and Selection Achievements Olzhas Zhubanov, chief expert of the Department of Patent Examination in the field of physics and engineering Amir Salim provided legal assistance on the protection of intellectual property rights, submission of applications and legal issues, gave detailed answers to all received questions and provided legal assistance.
