National Institute of Intellectual Property
On 2 June 2023, a seminar on «Legal Protection of Intellectual Property Objects» was held for undergraduate and PhD students at the Academy of Law Enforcement Authorities under the Office of the Prosecutor General of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The seminar covered issues of legal protection of copyright and inventions, as well as the defence of intellectual property.
The seminar participants were interested in questions on copyright registration, the duration of protection documents and the stages of expertise.
Such training events are planned for other intellectual property stakeholders in the future.
