National Institute of Intellectual Property
On 29 May 2023, a seminar on "Protection of Intellectual Property Rights" was held for students at the Nazarbayev Intellectual School in Astana as part of the VII School for Young Inventors.
The event was attended by experts from Qazpatent, a representative of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Kazakhstan and a judge from the Civil Chamber of the Astana City Court.
The seminar covered issues of intellectual property protection, monitoring of intellectual property infringement in Kazakhstan, as well as court practice in the field of intellectual property.
Such training events are planned for other intellectual property stakeholders in the future.
