On February 1, Qazpatent held a master class on how to apply for the WIPO Global Prizes 2023 for entrepreneurs at the Qolday Center for Entrepreneurship.
The WIPO Global Awards program is designed to recognize unique companies and individuals who skillfully use intellectual property (IP) to commercialize and make a positive contribution to society through their innovation and creativity.
Applications for the 2023 competition will be accepted from January 16 to March 31.
The competition is open to SMEs from 193 WIPO Member States. SMEs are defined by the World Bank as "enterprises with up to 300 employees and a total annual sales volume of up to $15 million.
