On 9 December Qazpatent in conjunction with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan held a training webinar for the Kyushi Union.
The event was held as part of the IP Around Me campaign to celebrate the 30th anniversary of Kazakhstan's intellectual property system.
Experts from Qazpatent and the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan covered issues of legal protection of copyright, industrial designs, utility models, as well as topical issues in the field of intellectual property.
The webinar participants were interested in the copyright registration procedure, the cost of services, the terms of entering information into state registers, as well as the procedure of protection of rights.
In the future it is planned to hold such training events for other stakeholders in the field of intellectual property.
