According to the clause 15 of the Article 11 of the Patent Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the patent owner is obliged to pay annually for maintaining the title of protection as of the date corresponding to the date of application.
The first payment for maintaining the title of protection is made within two months from the date of publication of the information on the issue of the title of protection and includes payment for the previous years, starting from the date of application.
