National Institute of Intellectual Property
Based on the decision on registration of topologies and upon confirmation of payment for services, the Republican State Enterprise under the right of economic management "National Institute of Intellectual Property" of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter referred to as the RSE for PCBs "NIIS") issued a certificate to the State Register of Integrated Circuit Topologies of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter referred to as the State Register) of the RSE for PCBsNIIS" introduces information on the topology and assigns it an ordinal number.
To receive a public service, the applicant sends through the portal:
1) an application with the attachment of the documents specified in paragraph 8 of the list of basic requirements for the provision of public services "Registration of integrated circuit topologies" in accordance with Appendix 1 of the Rules in the form of an electronic document signed by an EDS. The application and the documents attached to it are submitted in Kazakh or Russian.
Payment is made by wire transfer through the payment gateway of the second-tier bank integrated with the newcab information system of the service provider.kazpatent.kz according to the bank details specified in Appendix 3 to the Rules.
2) an electronic copy of the power of attorney in case of filing an application through a representative.
3) electronic copies of materials identifying the topology, including the abstract.
The service provider receives information about the payment confirmation document from the relevant state information system through the e-government gateway.
The period of rendering public services: within 10 (ten) business days.

Issuing a duplicate TIM certificate
When issuing a duplicate TIM certificate:
1) the petition of an individual and (or) a legal entity (owner);
2) an electronic copy of the power of attorney (if the application for the provision of public services is submitted through a representative).
The service provider receives information about the payment confirmation document from the relevant state information system through the e-government gateway.
