On 18 to 19 February, 2014 will be held the training seminar concerning registration of the trademark and the name of a place of goods origin is held in Almaty

The Committee of Intellectual Property rights of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan within the Customs union and due to the forthcoming entry of the Republic of Kazakhstan into the WTO holds 18, on February 19, 2014 the training seminar concerning registration of the trademark and the name of a place of goods origin is held in Almaty (application procedure, legal protection, protection, etc.).

Necessity of registration of logotype and domain names the majority of representatives of business, the companies and entrepreneurs of Kazakhstan has aware as a trademark. But up-to-date the large number of trade names, brands, logotypes is used in the territory of Kazakhstan without the corresponding registration that results of default of ensure legal protection.

Training seminar is held on free of charge for all interested parties.

Venue: Almaty, Rishat and Muslim Abdullinykh St. (the corner of Emelev St.), house 6, pavilion 1, Branch of National institute of Intellectual Property.

The application for participation in a seminar is accepted till February 6, 2014.
