On May 31, 2016 Training Center of the Branch of RSE "National Institute of Intellectual Property" in Almaty held a seminar on the theme: "The invention and utility model as an industrial property in accordance with the changes in the Patent Act. On the competition "Shapagat" the institution "Kazakh University of Railways".In accordance with the approved program of the seminar were to read the following lectures: L. Dzhamanshalova:"The legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the International Conventions (agreements) on intellectual property in force in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan", "Inventions and utility models as objects of industrial property in accordance with the changes in the Patent law of the Republic of Kazakhstan"and A.Abdildanova "Stimulation of invention and innovation in the Republic of Kazakhstan (on the Republican contest of achievements in the field of inventive activity "Shapagat"). Attendees of the seminar - the faculty members of the "Kazakh University of Railways" asked their questions, get answers to questions. The lecturers were provided consultations for university faculty application for the grant of the titles of protection of theRepublic of Kazakhstan. At the end of the seminar vice-rector for science and educational and methodical work A. Shalkarov expressed gratitude for organizing the seminar with the hope for further fruitful cooperation.
