On June 24, 2016 in the Training Center of the Branch of the National Institute of Intellectual Property (Branchof the NIIP) of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Almatyhold a seminar on "Legislation of Kazakhstan on intellectual property issues. Legal protection of inventions and utility models".
On the seminar will considered the legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on issues of intellectual property; inventions and utility models as objects of industrial property, the conditions of patentability of inventions and utility models, the examination system, the patent documentation and information International Patent Classification; filing procedure, the composition of the application documents to be met the requirements for registration of application documents; requirements to the description of the invention and utility model claims and utility model, their purpose, especially drafting the claims and description of the utility model and on the "device", "method", "substance"; carrying out patent information search.
Lectures will be read by experienced employees of the Branch of RSE "NIIP".
After the seminar, the specialists of the Branch will be given advice on the legal protection of the sites reviewed during the seminar and the electronic services provided by RSE "NIIP".
The seminar will begin on June 24, 2016 at 09.30a.m.
