Branch of RSE "NIIP" in Atyrau held the seminar on the theme “Legal Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan concerning Intellectual Property; Electronic filing of applications for objects of industrial property; Legal protection of industrial designs and trademarks” on August 5, 2016.
Entrepreneurs and representatives of large business structures of regions took part in the seminar.
Head of Department of intellectual property rights of Department of justice on Mangystau region S. Baksenov opened the seminar with a welcoming speech.
Issues of procedure of examination and registration for objects of industrial property were discussed during a seminar: inventions, utility models, trademarks, appellations of origin, industrial designs and selection achievements.
Seminar’s participants set a lot of questions concerning procedure of registration of trademarks, inventions, utility models, industrial designs, that received exhaustive explanations and qualified answers.
