On October 14, 2016 Public hearing on the draft law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On amendments and supplements to some legislative acts in the field of intellectual property” was held in the Department of justice of the East Kazakhstan Region.
Representatives of local authorities, businessmen of city, research institutions, D. Serikbayev East-Kazakhstan State technical university, S. Amanzholov East-Kazakhstan State university, NCE «Atameken», «DAMU» Fund JSC and patent attorneys of RK.
Head of the Division of intellectual property rights of the Department of justice of the East Kazakhstan Region A. Kabdrahmanova delivered welcome speech.
Director of the branch of RSE «National Institute of Intellectual Property» in Ust-Kamengorsk city N.Seitkazinova introduced participants to general amendments of the draft law.
Thus, the draft law was promoted.
