In order to improve knowledge in the field of intellectual property, Training Center of NIIP Branch in Almaty held a roving seminar on the topic "Legal Framework and Copyright Registration" at the Kazakhstan Institute of Management, Economics and Forecasting (KIMEP) on April 12, 2017.
40 people took part in the seminar.
The head of the Training Center Zh. Serikbayeva made a welcoming speech, briefly told about the activity of the Training Center of NIIP branch and presented the floor to the chief examiner of Direction on patent researches of inventions, L. Zhamanshalova for reading a lecture on "Legal basis and registration of copyright".
Students of the University were asked questions regarding the registration of copyright, industrial property protection, the term of validity of a copyright, etc. Students of the University received full and qualified answers to questions from the lecturer of the seminar.
At the end of the seminar the representative of KIMEP presented the lecturer L. Zhamanshalova a letter of gratitude from the "Bang College of Business", also thanked the organizers of the seminar for providing explanatory work on intellectual property issues and wished fruitful work.
