Nur-Sultan - On November 23, 2021, Kazpatent experts held a webinar for small and medium-sized businesses on the topic: «The procedure for filing applications for registration of industrial property objects».
The listeners were especially interested in information about the registration and filing of applications for trademarks, industrial designs, utility models, selection achievements and inventions within the framework of the national procedure, the EAPC, as well as an international application under the Patent Cooperation Treaty.
The experts also answered questions about the procedure for the examination of industrial property objects and the registration of commercialization agreements for industrial property objects and copyright.
It should be noted that in 2021 a series of webinars on the basics of intellectual property for representatives of SMEs of Kazpatent are held in cooperation with the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs of the Republic of Kazakhstan «Atameken».
