On March 3, Kazpatent held a training webinar for professors and students of Pavlodar State University named after S.Toraigyrov on the topic: "Intellectual property as the basis for the development of creative industries in Kazakhstan".
The event was held as part of the IP Around Me campaign to celebrate the 30th anniversary of Kazakhstan's intellectual property system.
Kazpatent's experts covered issues of legal protection and registration of copyrights, inventions and utility models, international and regional patenting of inventions, as well as commercialisation of intellectual property.
In the future, similar training events are planned for other higher education institutions.
