Minister of Justice awarded honored inventors of the Republic of Kazakhstan and presented WIPO medals and gold medals named after V.I.Blinnikov

On September 30, 2022, Kanat Musin solemnly presented diplomas and commemorative ribbons to four honored inventors of Kazakhstan.

The title «Honored Inventor of the Republic of Kazakhstan» is awarded on the basis of the results of the competition among the citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan, who are the authors of the most important and widely used inventions. This year, 13 applications for the title of “Honored Inventor of the Republic of Kazakhstan” were submitted to the commission for consideration.

On the basis of the decision of the competition commission by the order of the Director of the RSE “National Institute of Intellectual Property” of the Ministry of Justice 211 nk dated June 23, 2022, the title “Honored Inventor of the Republic of Kazakhstan – 2022” was awarded to four candidates who scored the highest number of points:

1. Nurkeldy Asanov - Chief Engineer of Volkovgeology JSC

2. Zakarya Kunsulu - Director General of the Research Institute for Biological Safety Issues

3. Yury Pak - Doctor of Technical Sciences of the Department of Geology and RMPI

4. Abdilda Meirbekov -Candidate of Technical Sciences, member of the International Informatization Academy

Also from the hands of the Minister of Justice, the awards of the World Intellectual Property Organization were presented to:

- Yuri Sinyavsky, Doctor of Biological Sciences, Professor in the nomination “For Invention”;

- Republican state enterprise on the right of economic management “Research Institute for Biological Safety Problems” of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the nomination “The Best Enterprise in the Sphere of IP”.

- a student of the 11th grade of the Republican Physics and Mathematics School of Almaty, Diyas Ziyatbek, in the nomination “For students”.

Gold medals named after V.I. Blinnikov were awarded Modangul Tagbergenova - Chairman of the Chamber of Patent Attorneys of Kazakhstan, Patent Attorney of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Eurasian Patent Attorney and Blok Shaikenov - Doctor of Biological Sciences, Professor.

Gold medal named after V.I. Blinnikov is awarded to inventors, specialists and organizations in the field of intellectual property who have made a significant contribution to the development of inventive activity and the legal protection of inventions in the Eurasian region.

The decision to award a medal is made by the Administrative Council of the Eurasian Patent Organization on the proposal of the authorized representatives of the member states of the Eurasian Patent Convention in the Administrative Council and the President of the Eurasian Patent Office.

On this day, on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the justice authorities, Kanat Musin also presented awards to employees of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan and departments, the best lawyers, notaries, forensic experts, and veterans of the justice authorities.
