Please be informed of the new equivalent amounts in US dollars (fees required to be paid when filing a PCT international application) which will be effective from 01.01.2025 (https://www.wipo.int/export/sites/www/pct/en/docs/fees.pdf).
International filing fee - 1,555 USD (for legal entities); - 155.50 USD (for individuals). Additional fee for each sheet over 30 sheets - 18 USD (for legal entities); - 1.8 USD (for individuals).
We also inform you that the Federal Service for Intellectual Property (FIPS), acting as the International Searching Authority from October 5, 2024 has established new fees for international search in Russian rubles.
The fee for an international search in the Russian language is 9,000 rubles and in English - 45,000 rubles.
The new equivalent amounts in US dollars (USD) will be set as of January 1, 2025 as follows:
45,000 rubles = 468 USD.
9,000 rubles = 94 USD
