On 28 February 2024, Qazpatent will host a round table "Franchising - as a tool for the development of small and medium-sized businesses".
The round table will discuss the issues of legislation and franchise development tools, registration of franchise agreement in the State registers of industrial property objects of the Republic of Kazakhstan, creation of a national register of Kazakh franchises, accreditation of international franchises, investment preferences for Kazakh franchisors/franchisees. In addition, representatives of companies that have implemented the franchising model at their enterprises will share their practical experience.
