On November 29, 2023, a round table on the topic "Improvement of mechanisms for the protection of intellectual property rights in Kazakhstan: Current issues and development strategies" was held at the Qazpatent site.
Within the framework of the round table, issues of current legislation in the field of intellectual property, topical issues of the application of legislation in the field of intellectual property by state bodies, judicial practice in intellectual property cases and issues of cooperation between various state bodies in ensuring the protection of intellectual property rights were highlighted.
The round table has become a unique platform for fruitful discussion of key issues, exchange of opinions and experience, as well as identification of topical issues.
The participants of the round table thanked Qazpatent for the provided platform and expressed their wish for further dialogue in this direction.
