On November 2 and 3 this year will be held a workshop on "Judicial Review of Trademark Registrability with a focus on the Determination of Likelihood of Confusion " organised by the World Intellectual Property Organisation (WIPO) in cooperation with Qazpatent.
The workshop is being organised for judges, forensic examiners, Qazpatent experts to improve law enforcement practice in determining identity and confusing similarity.
The workshop will feature speakers from WIPO, the German Federal Patent Court, the Supreme Court of China, the Intellectual Property Office of the European Union and Qazpatent.
Format of the event: hybrid.
