Today, on October 18, 2023 Qazpatent presented the report on activities for 2022 and 9 months of 2023.
The report was presented by the Director of Qazpatent Yerbol Ospanov and heard by Vice-Minister Botagoz Zhaxelekova with the participation of representatives of the authorized body: Director of the Department of Intellectual Property Rights Sholpan Abdreyeva, Director of the Department of Strategic Planning and Organizational and Analytical Work Shynar Tasheneva and Head of the Department of Strategic Planning Zhupar Nurbaeva.
The report of Qazpatent reflected the main results of the work of the Office, achievements and topical questions in the field of intellectual property for the reporting period.
According to the results of the hearing it was noted the successful work of Qazpatent in fulfilling its mission to protect and promote intellectual property in Kazakhstan, as well as instructions were given on priority areas for further development and implementation of strategic objectives.
It should be noted that the annual hearing is held in pursuance of paragraph 19 of the Order of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 5, 2011 № 64-r On Approval of the Action Plan for the implementation of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On State Property".
